Shipping & Returns
Outland’s products are shipped direct around the world through the United States Postal Service. If you need products shipped through a different carrier, please make arrangements with us before placing your order.
When ordering from Outland, you are responsible for assuring products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for paying any taxes, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Outland has no control over these charges, nor can Outland predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Outland will not provide refunds for products seized by customs. Outland will not falsify customs documents to evade duties and fees.
Products purchased directly from Outland may be returned for a full refund if the product is returned in new, unused and clean condition, with all original packaging and components. Items must be received within 60 days from date of purchase. For products NOT purchased directly from Outland, return to the place of purchase following the retailer’s return policy. Outland reserves the right to deny a refund and will return items that do not meet these standards. Your refund will be issued based on the original method of payment. Original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties, will not be refunded. If an exchange is desired, include payment information if necessary, as shipping will be charged to send the new product. Please note, the shipping timeline for your exchange will be determined by the product availability.
To return a product, please use the RMA feature in your account or follow these steps:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (603) 676-6300 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#).
2. Please make sure the item is in new condition and clean, with all the original packaging and components.
3. Pack the product in a sturdy cardboard box. Write the RA# on the outside of the box and include complete contact information, RA# and proof of purchase inside the box. Keep a copy for your own records.
4. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Ship to:
