PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES
Outland’s products are intended for people trained and experienced in their use, inspection and maintenance. Absolutely no sales to people under the age of 18. Any person purchasing an Outland product is responsible for seeking proper training in its use and assumes all risk for any injury or damage sustained during its use. All safety precautions should be taken during every use, such as the wearing of proper eye and hand protection. Failure to follow these warnings increases the risk of injury and death.

As a purchaser of an Outland product, you are responsible for complying with local, state, federal and international laws with respect to its use. You are bound to act in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with all of the following:

1. You verify that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. You must ensure that public safety is paramount at all times when in possession of any Outland tool.
3. Comply with local, state, federal and international laws.
4. Take all reasonable precautions to ensure your tool is kept safely, is not lost or stolen, does not come into the possession of an unauthorized person.
5. Ensure that your tool is only used for activities connected with lawful activities.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders ship within two business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

INTERNATIONAL SALES & SHIPPING
Outland’s products are shipped direct around the world through the United States Postal Service. If you need products shipped through a different carrier, please make arrangements with us before placing your order.

When ordering from Outland, you are responsible for assuring products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for paying any taxes, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Outland has no control over these charges, nor can Outland predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Outland will not provide refunds for products seized by customs. Outland will not falsify customs documents to evade duties and fees.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Outland Equipment reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within two business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

RETURNS
Products purchased directly from Outland may be returned for a full refund if the product is returned in new, unused and clean condition, with all original packaging and components. Items must be received within 60 days from date of purchase. For products NOT purchased directly from Outland, return to the place of purchase following the retailer’s return policy. Outland reserves the right to deny a refund and will return items that do not meet these standards. Your refund will be issued based on the original method of payment. Original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties, will not be refunded. If an exchange is desired, include payment information if necessary, as shipping will be charged to send the new product. Please note, the shipping timeline for your exchange will be determined by the product availability.

To return a product, please use the RMA feature in your account or follow these steps:

1. Email us at orders@outlandequipment.com or call us at (603) 676-6300 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA#).
2. Please make sure the item is in new condition and clean, with all the original packaging and components.
3. Pack the product in a sturdy cardboard box. Write the RA# on the outside of the box and include complete contact information, RA# and proof of purchase inside the box. Keep a copy for your own records.
4. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Ship to:

WARRANTY
Products manufactured by Outland carry a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials to the original owner. Warrantied products will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. Outland does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or repair, improper use, improper maintenance, negligence, throwing, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended. We understand that our tools are often used under exceptional circumstances and will review problems on a case-by-case basis.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If your Outland product has a manufacturing defect, please send it to us for evaluation according to these instructions:

1. Email us at orders@outlandequipment.com or call us at (603) 676-6300 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). If you have the capability, please e-mail us a photo of the defect.
2. Pack the product in a sturdy cardboard box. Write the RA# on the outside of the box and include complete contact information, RA# and proof of purchase inside the box.
3. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Ship to:

Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Outland are the customer’s responsibility. Outland will ship the warranty product back to the customer free of charge. International customs fees to and from Outland are the customer’s responsibility. If the customer prefers expedited shipping, he/she will be responsible for the extra cost over and above the cost of standard delivery.

TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Outland Equipment holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Outland Equipment shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Outland Equipment shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Outland Equipment will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Outland Equipment reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
