Excellent blade and construction. Same for the sheath and scout carry option. The IWB clip didnt work quite as expected as I somehow inadvertently bent it with just 2 days of wear. May be operator error, but will likely be using the scout rigging mostly so not a big deal. Great over all purchase.

Absolutely love the blade. I got the single-edged with grey coating, and it came in a padded zippered case with the Outland logo. The attention to detail is outstanding. I would echo the previous review. I would have paid more. Pick one up. You won't be disappointed.
This is a great knife the quality is superb and great service also!!! I plan on getting the1901 or 1902 axe when they are made! So happy to buy from NH people Chris is the best!
Fantastic knife! Workmanship is amazing and quality outstanding. Very unique design that feels great in your hand. Also really like the sheath. Feel like I got a steal at $195. I look forward to purchasing more as new designs are introduced!
I am really glad I came across this knife. It is a purpose built tool that hopefully will never be needed. It replaced my Strider DB in 3v as my concealed fixed blade. The design of the grip allows for superb ergonomics and manipulations allowing for variable holds and styles. The precision this blade affords you is a huge advantage in a self defense situation. The sheath(s) are good to go from day one, no need to have a custom one made. The blade steel is perfect for the intended use of this knife. There is really nothing about the K2 that I do not like. The price is fantastic as well. I got the single edge to ensure I had the best chance of being able to legally carry it depending on where I am as I travel a lot. My search for the perfect urban self defense fixed blade is finally over. The Kryptos K2 is form meets function perfected.
Received the knife promptly and all items included as ordered. The knife itself is well built and sharp right out of the box. Excellent fit and finish, both knife and the sheath. It makes a fine small blade defensive as well as a utility edc. It’s now part of my current rotation. I’m very pleased with the Krptos K3. I see it serving me well for the foreseeable future.
100% pleased and pleasantly surprised. This is a knife that will be a standard by which others are compared. I hesitated regarding price and am glad it was only hesitation. Great fit and finish. I chose the high retention gear clip which has slight play in the top attachment hole; this allows for a slight carry angle. I wish it were more of an arc in this place which would allow for an even greater carry angle. That's one customization I may make. If, Outland were to offer customization, I would consider less of a semi circle notch at the front grip in favor of an angled and jimped curve. Only a consideration. Great product, if only all states knife laws reflected the good sense of NH. Live free or die.
Outland's Kryptos knives were developed for optimum concealed carry, swift and natural draw, and reliable retention. The prominent pinky hook locates your hand and gives a secure location for a quick draw, while the heel on the handle gives a solid base for assisted thrusting. The G10 handles are secure even when wet, and the handles have jimping for additional bite. Outland's knives are machined and assembled in New Hampshire.
The K3 comes with a slim sheath that has been designed to fit seamlessly with your preferred method of carry. For pocket and in waistband carry we worked with Discreet Carry Concepts to develop a steel clip that has great strength and grip. For scout, horizontal or vertical belt carry we developed our own strap system that offers a wide range of carry options and adapts to belts from 1.5" to 2.5". The holes on both sides of the sheath make the sheath compatible with other manufacturer's accessories such as Blade-Tech's Large TEK-LOK™ or MOLLE-LOK™ for mounting to a belt or PALS gear. Or, the holes can be used to attach the sheath direct to a duty belt using standard #8 binding posts and screws.
